This form is for members of Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® (STAR) that are looking to cancel their membership with STAR and Stellar MLS due to a change in office, association or license status.

Members canceling their Supra eKEY must submit their form by the last business day prior to the Supra Monthly Billing (25th of each month) to avoid the following month's charge.

Members who would like to cancel their membership with STAR and Stellar MLS must consult with their broker to move their license to inactive status with DBPR or be affiliated with a non-REALTOR office, referral company or have transferred to another association prior to canceling with STAR.
