    New Realtor® - You are activiating your Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® membership for the first time and do not have an existing NAR# or account with Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® or any other local association.

    Reactivating/Returning Primary Member - You are reactivating your Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® membership and had active membership with Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® in the previous year. Example: You went inactive in 2021 and would like to activate your membership in 2022. 

    Transferring REALTOR® - You are a current member of another association and you wish to become a primary member of Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®. 

    Secondary (Out of State) REALTOR® - You hold active REALTOR® membership at another association in another state, and your state and national dues are remitted through that association. You wish to join Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® and Florida REALTORS® as a Secondary member and receive the benefits of both Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® and Florida REALTORS®.

    Secondary REALTOR® - You hold an active REALTOR® membership at another association and your state and national dues are remitted through that association. You wish to join the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® as a Secondary member and receive the benefits of Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®.
